Payment FAQ

We accept secure online payments through debit and credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) using our authorized bank payment gateway. Bank transfer options may also be available for selected clients.

Yes. All payments are processed through a bank-approved, PCI-compliant payment gateway. Vertex Logics does not store or process card details on its servers.

Prices may be displayed in USD for reference, especially for international clients. However, all payments are processed and settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The PKR equivalent is clearly shown at checkout before payment confirmation.

Yes. International debit and credit cards are supported, subject to the card issuer’s approval and applicable regulations.

Card payments are confirmed instantly. Once the payment is successful, you will receive on-screen confirmation and/or an email notification.

Due to the nature of IT, software development, and digital services, refunds are generally not applicable once work has started. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If a payment fails, please: 1) Retry after a few minutes, 2) Use a different card, or 3) Contact your card-issuing bank. If the issue persists, contact us at billing@vertexlogics.com.

Yes. For SaaS products and subscription-based services, recurring billing may be enabled. All billing terms are clearly disclosed before subscription activation.

In rare cases, banks may delay confirmation. Please contact us with: Payment date, Amount paid, and Last four digits of the card. We will verify and resolve the issue promptly.

No. The amount shown at checkout is the final payable amount. We do not add any extra payment processing, bank, or tax charges during checkout.
