- Upon full payment, ownership rights transfer to the client as specified in the project agreement

Limitation of Liability
VERTEX LOGICS (SMC–PRIVATE) LTD's liability is limited as follows:
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- We are not liable for third-party issues, services, or integrations beyond our control
- We are not responsible for misuse of delivered work or unauthorized modifications
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question
- We maintain professional indemnity insurance for covered services
Termination
